Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks only for information needed to respond to an initial mortgage inquiry, such as your name, contact details, general mortgage goal, preferred contact method, and message. Do not submit highly sensitive information such as your social insurance number, banking credentials, date of birth, or detailed credit information.
How information is used
Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss mortgage services. It is not used by the public calculator, and calculator scenarios are not sent to a server by default.
Calculator and local storage
If you choose to save a calculator scenario, it is stored only in your browser on that device. You can delete saved scenarios from the calculator. Shared calculator URLs include only general scenario values and should not contain personal information.
Service providers
A secure form-delivery or customer-relationship provider may process contact submissions when configured. Analytics may be added later using events that exclude sensitive mortgage inputs by default.
